I don’t have to be convinced that vitamin D is extremely important.

That it would significantly lower blood pressure I have never seen, and I wonder if this is really true or fantasy.

But even so, there are plenty of reasons to have a good blood level of vitamin D.

What a good blood level is, no one really knows, but that it should not be much lower than 30 ng is nearly sure. That suggested blood levels of 50 or much higher are better is not proven [higher blood levels seem to be related with higher mortality in general as is becoming clear lately]

It may take years before all this will be ever known. What is crystal clear is that vitamin D produced by sun exposure will always be safe! But we don’t live all in Israel or the like.
