Many of my older patients-mostly male- are taking aspirin. Since very long I am convinced that this is a good thing to do. I posted many articles about aspirin in the past on Yahoo-group, but these were all removed when Yahoo stopped their service.
I will try to find them back and post them on WordPress again.
For the moment this short information: if you take aspirin then take it always with the evening meal , not at another time! [always with some food, not just with a piece of fruit or so]
A huge benefit would also be if most men would donate occasionally some blood FOR THEIR OWN BENEFIT, BUT THIS HAS TO BE JUDGED BY A DOCTOR. This likely will have the same effect if not better, but is of course less practical.
