Let’s say that you have nobody to ask and you don’t feel well [can be any complaint],especially pains, then look at the picture and try to find the most sensitive points in the area of GB31.

If the complaints are mostly at the right side of the body then try the left leg first.

Press strong on the sensitive point in the area of GB31 for a minute or a few minutes[maybe a bit painful] and do this a few times and see if you feel in general better or if the pains that you felt are better.

If the complaints are at both side of the body then use both legs.
