Not everybody likes the taste or smell, but if you like guava, then eat plenty of them.They are extremely rich in lycopene well known from tomatoes. Lycopene had shown to be a very special substance:anti-carcinogenic, good for the heart and vessels [may prevent heart attacks] , helps against radiation, against the damage caused by chemotherapy from oxorubicin and cisplatin, helps against osteoporosis, may increase fertility. So, if you don’t like guava[guaba] then at least cooked tomatoes or organic tomato-paste or water melons [see list below]
