I highly recommend Dr Low Dog books to any English read

A straightforward, professional, simple book about vitamin D.
I wrote to Dr. T Low Dog: [If I receive an answer from Dr Low Dog, I will let you know]Her books are highly recommended.
Thank you so much for the clear brochure about vitamin D[3]. I wonder why you don’t mention vitamin K2 at all. I am also prescribing it all for so many years, primarily because of the massive Dutch research in this area.[except for the regular eaters of traditional Dutch Gouda cheese or traditional French Brie cheese]Thanks for a possible answer and for the beautiful, well-balanced books you wrote!!

Hi Harold,

Thank you for your email. I write extensively about vitamin K2, particularly in my book Fortify Your Life. Vitamin D3, Vitamin K2, magnesium, calcium, and others are all critically intertwined. Vitamin K2 acting like a traffic cop, directing calcium into the bone and away from the vasculature. I am very familiar with the Rotterdam study! Impressive data for vitamin K2, predominantly from cheese, on coronary heart disease. I generally write more about K2 when discussing calcium but it is entirely relevant here, as well!

Wishing you a wonderful day. Hope you and your loved ones are staying safe.

Warmly,

Tieraona
