Where is the Anmian acupuncture point?[There are 2 ANMIAN points ,so-called exrapoints]

​​Anmian (Sleep Peacefully) is an ‘extra’ point located on either side of the neck, just behind the lobe of each ear, behind and slightly above the bony-feeling protuberance of the mastoid process. Stimulate the point gently with either your middle or pointer finger for 2-3 minutes by massaging in small circles.
