The discussion about salt will probably continue until the arrival of the Mashiach/Messia

I can’t prove it, but I am sure that our regular table salt is a bad product.

For years, I am advising to use moderate amount of salt and if possible, to by Herbamare or Trocomare from Vogel which contains also small amounts of all kinds of spices as well.

More and more I am advising using instead of salt, Tamari soy sauce, you just need a tiny bit which is probably the healthiest way to “salten” your food and it may even lower blood pressure.

Please don’t buy “regular” soy sauce which is often not fermented and is just soy water!

By a Japanese fermented brand and I recommend Tamari [no financial interest!]
