Let’s say that you want to add just a few very simple CHEAP herbs on most days, to your program.
You may want to choose these [from the link below] for example because of an established tradition , but there are many more herbs which may fir.
Except from Gotu kola] most of them may easily be got everywhere , not necessary from the USA [but some companies over there are very trustable in their quality and …..cheap] If they grow in your area you may also take them as a tea.
If you live in India/China/Africa etc you may have a total different choice
If you are “lazy” then take one or two of these capsules every day with food [from gotu kolsa one is enough]
I am having mamash difficult with my memory and given I hardly eat any meat etc… so can I take more than 1000 a day (Solgar)?? In the past I had low B12 and you gave me shots to take – toda raba

the for sure try shots again at least 8 times……doctors are very=y reluctant [FOR NO REASON] to do this. Insist and let me know please
