It seems to be well known that blue light [at night at least] can cause sleep-disturbances and probably retina damage as well in the long run.
What I am writing is what I understood from literature and talks…… It may be even better to neutralize the blue light even in daytime [I hope I am not wrong]
In the past I advised you to download for this purpose a small application, called : Flux
I now discovered that the whole issue can be done easily on Windows 10.
I am sending to you a print screen with the instructions what to do in case you want to avoid blue light totally.
