Absolutely ! I have been using this seed for quite some time. I grind it up in a coffee grinder just before use (I take it every morning with a tonic that contains other ingredients (*), and add it to bread (it is marvelous in combination with Kusmin flour which I bake bread with) – it has a strong characteristic bitter taste which I find very tasty. Eating this seed makes me feel remarkably good and seems to help regulate my blood pressure (as recommended by an Arab I know in Beit Zafafa). For the sake of your clients, this seed is called קצח “prpKETZACH” here, also זרעי ברכה by some Yemenites. I always have it in the house as it has a magical effect on the sense of taste, and grinding a few seeds between the teeth instantly freshens the breath. I can bring you some!
