על צדקה כפי שנהוגה על ידי אמונות/דתות שונות:
כיצד הם נותנים צדקה [צדקה] הייתה השאלה:
כומר/דרשן: אני מצייר עיגול על האדמה בחצר הכנסייה, וזורק הרבה כסף מזומן באוויר, כל מה שנוחת במעגל זה בשביל ה’ וכל מה שמחוץ למעגל בשבילי
ערבי אימאן: אני מצייר עיגול על הקרקע, זורק הרבה כסף באוויר, כל מה שנוחת מחוץ למעגל זה בשביל ה’ מה שנוחת במעגל זה בשבילי,
המחיר מגיע לרבי [כמובן]: אני מצייר עיגול על הקרקע, זורק הרבה כסף מזומן באוויר, מה שה’ רוצה, הוא שומר… מה שנופל ארצה אני לוקח הביתה.
הערתי: פרט לאפקט הבדיחה, יש לדעתי אמת עמוקה בתשובה היהודית.
אם אדם לא נותן צדקה כפי יכולתו של האדם הקב”ה רשאי “להראות לנו את זה” על ידי לקיחת הכסף שהיינו צריכים לתת אבל לא נתן [” קורה” על ידי כל מיני “מזל רע”, כלי בית שבורים, צמיגים פנצ’רים , חשבונות רופא וכו’]

Priest/preacher: I draw a circle on the ground in the church courtyard, and throw a lot of cash in the air, whatever lands in the circle is for G-d, and whatever outside the circle is for me
Arab Iman: I draw a circle on the ground, throw a lot of money in the air, whatever lands outside the circle is for G-d whatever lands in the circle is for me,
The price goes to the Rabbi [of course]: I draw a circle on the ground, throw a lot of cash in the air, whatever God wants, he keeps … whatever falls to the ground I take home.
My remark: Except for the Joke-effect, there is I think a deep truth in the Jewish answer.
If one does not give charity as is in one’s capability G-d may “show us this” by taking away the money we should have given but did not give [” happening” by all kinds of “bad luck”, broken home utensils, flat tires, doctor’s bills etc]
