A patient wrote me 3-4 years about spices and the advice of a Rabbi,if I remember well, at the time of the start of Corona and this was my answer:
Toda Rabba, in fact I have been using a special formula of cloves/cinnamon/thyme/mint/lavender for 35 years for the most difficult infections, so I am nor surprised that the Rabbi brings this formula!! Thanks for that I have only one remark
You mention 2 SPOONS of cinnamon but at the end you say: just a little bit of cinnamon . Cinnamon [the regular one we find here] can be toxic for the liver if more than a teaspoon is used!
So maybe this can be corrected for all certainty.
Cinnamon from Sri Lanka [Ceylon] does not have this danger but is normally not sold and is hard to find….Chazak Baruch
