A fascinating discussion! Long video, but very informative [the best of Dr Grundy]

I was fascinated by this book: The Plant Paradox which shows that he knows a lot about biology

I -probably don’t agree with all that Dr Grundy is stating, but he may be far better informed than most [dogmatic doctors] in our world

The woman researcher in this video seems not to realize how often the official organizations have changed their mind [nothing wrong with this, but it can be extremely confusing as they all claim to be science-based.

That we all eat all kinds of fruits all year long, is a fact but Grundy makes a big point [also in his book] that this may be a “modern mistake”
