Citrus: The scent of citrus fruits like lemon, lime, or orange can be invigorating and help alleviate thirst. You can try smelling the peels of these fruits or using citrus-scented essential oils. Please don’t use unknown brands [some 80 % of all essential oils on the market are synthetic!!]
Cucumber: Cucumber has a high water content and a refreshing scent. Smelling cucumber slices may provide a soothing effect and reduce thirst temporarily.
Green Apple: The fragrance of green apple has been found to have a thirst-quenching effect.. One can use air fresheners with this scent.
