It totally escapes me why in the USA, one should wait for a special co, company to produce colchicine, which is already available for so long as 0.5 mg tablets! probably in most parts of the world and when used -lege artis-[as it should be] has been shown for generations to be safe!!!
If doctors don’t explicitly tell their patients how to use colchicine, they may endanger them
