A quick reminder
To keep your bones strong, eat a healthy diet… you all know what an Unhealthy diet is at least!!
Supplements: vitamin D3, vitamin K2, magnesium, and calcium from food.
BORON: Rich in boron are dried prunes, and Brazil nuts[just a few, one or two, don’t overconsume!]
Helpful are also some soy [NGM] and blueberries[only ORGANIC ones!
I also advise the herb Kudzu often and a silica/bamboo supplement.
