In the last few weeks [2020], I have spent endless hours on the research of Portulaca[ reglat ha-gina]I in connection with the “new flu” and I hope I can spread enough the message to try this as the main treatment for flu. There are so many conditions for which Portulaca can be used, and I will start prescribing it more and more [it is nearly a “panacea”: good for all !!] Maybe it is the most forgotten vegetable! In China, it seems to be used regularly as a medicine.[dysenteria etc]c] Portulaca has shown to have a potent inhibitory effect on the replication of several viruses including cytomegalovirus, measles and HIV. There are so many conditions for which Portulaca can be used, and I will start prescribing it more and more [it is nearly a “panacea”: good for all !!] In all cases of measles, I would give it straight away after what I read and possibly on all children viral diseases, also on RSV Every minute one spends searching the literature one finds things that are not known in general or not used.
