My correspondence with Taiwan [Sam Li]

To my happy surprise I got today [now a while ago] an answer from Taiwan [I wrote to them in July 2020] because they published in Sept 2019 [before the Corona epidemic] an article about Portulaca for prevention and treatment of Influenza which was totally ignored by the word

These last sentences of the letter of Sam Li [from Tairwan] gives an indication by what interests our world is ruled….

Dr Sam Li wrote as an answer to my letter to him:

The paper attached is my article for a Ph.D. degree.

But unfortunately, it was rejected by the reviewers of the international journals. 

I think it’s hard to understand.
