Here is the translation (I worked very hard for it…………..) but enjoyed it…….

[There is only one word which is not clear, colored this red: millet]

Translation from French to English.

Portulaca oleracea is a very common vegetable and can be found at an affordable price.

In view of  his properties  in this fight against Covid-19, it could be helpful in different ways and at different stages.First, it contains a nice portion of Iron, which helps the renewal of the red globules, which its primary function to transport the oxygen to the organs. It is rich in quite a few vitamins (A B C E) and in fatty acids of the type of Omega3 (39) the latter have an anticoagulant effect and have shown to be helpful in respiratory distress. Portulaca contains also melatonin , which has an immunomodulator  and anti inflammatory  effect. In animal experimentation in a study of the year 2017, it has shown its anti inflammatory and immuno-modulatory effects in cases of pulmonary inflammation (13).

In 2019 another study published in the journal “Molecules” has further shown, also in animal experimentation, that Portulaca extract has significantly reduced pulmonary edema, linked to pulmonary inflammation. In diabetic animals, Portulaca extract helped also reduce inflammation of blood vessels and prevented vascular complications  due to the dysfunction of the endothelial tissue. (17).

Immunomodulatory  effects have also been put to evidence in inflammation of the digestive system (41).

According to a study, Portulaca helped also fight lack of oxygen in altitude (36).We want to remind here , that quite a few clinics have recently compared certain symptoms  of Covid-19 to what is observed in altitude. The plant extract has heightened the  survival of animals with insufficient oxygen supply via Haiti stimulation and the Covid-19. Tools to understand and act 47/page juin 2020 of the key enzymes of the glycolyse. Also, damages done to the nervous system by a lack of oxygen have also been reduced by the plant extract.(42)

In summary of these studies, it can be understood, that the plant extract has an protectif effect on different types of tissues, specifically for the lungs, digestive system, nerves and blood vessels. If on considers the properties of the Portulaca plant in its relation to the capacity  to alleviate  the lack of oxygen, to enable a better function of the blood vessels, to protect different types of tissue, and to act by modulating  the immunitary reaction, it would be a good gesture to do to use the plant for preventing of the Covid-19,or to use it after being  tested positif. One can use the plant as a tea (2 little branches with their leaves) or to use it as a legume.  The little millet contains a nice portion of iron, which favorises the oxygenation of the cells of the organism, and vitamins B, specially B3 (40), which increases the energy production in the body. It contains Zinc and copper (40), which acts favorably  to the immune system. A regular consommation of the little millet will help with the maintenance of this system.

For your information

[trying to spread this important experience as much as possible]
May we all be saved!

Also -like former years- I saw spectacular very fast results [better the next morning!] with tincture of Portulaca in cases of flu/influenza.

By now there are / were cases of Corona between the treated patients, officially diagnosed as such.

For part of them I have no sure proof because they were not tested but they had likely clear symptoms of Corona [such as loss of smell. taste]

Anyhow I don’t wait and I advise to start portulaca straight away in case of “flu-like” symptoms. [ I would find it not ethical to wait with the experience I already have]

Some serious patients with Corona have been healed by Portulaca and thank God no fatalities.

Sometimes the portulaca was combined with esberitox.[ an echinacea supplement] or echinacea.

All my patients are taking already for many years vitamin D3 and vitamin K2

and many also supplemental zinc.

Many hundreds- if not thousands- of patients have taken portulaca and I can’t be that mistaken [for so many years] about its effectiveness.

It is a pity that it is not being tried by others as well.

I hope full heartedly that you may help spread the message.

I have whatsoever no other interest in this than to see that an easy cheap method may help so many.

Why Portulaca?
On what basis was my decision to use Portulaca for flu
since the last swine flu in 2009.

Portulaca might prevent life-threatening alveolar edema in humans with flu. In November 2009 I adapted an article Life extension who was the first to quote from FASEB the following:
“In a journal of experimental biology it was shown that glutathione ester might prevent life-threatening alveolar edema in humans with flu”.
It is known that supplements of glutathione are in general badly absorbed. From the website of James Duke I found two natural sources to be very rich in glutathione. One is the vegetable Purslane, the other is spinach.
This finding led me to use Portulaca in the swine-flu of 2009, and then again in 2019, with incredible good results , very rapid healing of all flu patients
Now I include patients with doubtful or established covid-19 and give portulaca for prevention as well.
In September of 2019 an article was published by Elsevier about Portulaca by the Chinese[Taiwan] https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S0378874119307433

I sent this article also to the Consumerlab in the USA and it was approved  by
